Is it legal to use Mapquest on a brochure?

Question

I have made a brochure for my business. I would like to add a map on it to make sure people are able to find my business location. Can i simply use a map from mapquest...just copy and paste? should i be worried about its trademark or something....i really do not want ot get sued over something as silly as this. please help!!

Also, i have already searched for the answer on mapquest and was unable to find anything relating to this issue. PLEASE HELP!!!! best answer=10pts.

Don't worry... MapQuest will never come after you, but if you are designing why don't you just use MapQuest and trace over it and graphically make it even nicer.
