Is it legall to ship and sell skyline engines in the US?

No.............they consider the engine just like they would a car and if the engine will not pass U.S. emissions and you cannot get a letter from the manufacturer on their letterhead that states that it will, they forget it because this would fall under federal violations and you dont need that............

Some one is making alot of money doing this as i often see cars with RB conversions in the US.

I even often see a good few for sale on ebay.
