Is it less common for students to be retained in High School since they have the option of summer school or?

taking more classes during the school year? In elementary school they do not have these options, and middle schools are different in each district.

  1. why would somebody want summer school???..it's madd expensive.. why would you want so many classes??..


  2. You would have to fail all of your classes to be retained in high school.  Otherwise, if you fail one class then you would either have to go to summer school, or take that class over again the next year.
