Is it less expensive for Venezuelans to buy foreign goods because of the currency change?

Are more Venezuelans travelling to countries like the UK because of the change in currency or is the black market price of the bolivar different?

The black market usually pays you twice the amount of the dollar because the goverment has money control. But yeah most venezuelans are now buying food and other products over seas because Chavez is also starting to control what products enter. there is really high demand but barely any supply.
