Question:

Is it likely that I'm pregnant from precum while on my period?

I had another full on regular bleeding period start a day after I had unprotected s*x on the last day of my first period that month. So pretty much fourteen days of bleeding with one day off in the middle. I usually have regular periods, so that seems weird. Now I'm about two weeks late. Could it be because I had two periods consecutively last month???

  1. The precum doesn't have sperm in it.

so no you are NOT prego.

and if your on your period,

if you were prego, you would not beon

your full period, you would just be spotting.

  2. Precum has sperm in it and I got pregnant on my period so you could be. Doubtful, but possible.

  3. Two easy ways to check:

    1) Take a PREGNANCY TEST

    2) See a DOCTOR

    NOBODY HERE CAN DIAGNOSE YOU!!!

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DIAGNOSE THESE THINGS OVER THE INTERNET!!!

  4. There is a slight chance that while on your period you can get pregnant, there is also a slight chance that you can get pregnant from pre-***. Sperm can live for 48hours trying to find its home in an egg! Take a test in the morning, go see your doctor, visit a freeclinic like planned parenthood.  Good Luck, hope this helps.

  5. not really but you should use contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancies

  6. highly unlikely but possible do a pee test

  7. Possible but not likely.

Precum has sperm in it, but most women ovulate about 14 days after the first day of their period, unless you have a really short cycle, you're not likely to get pregnant while you have your period.

  8. anything is possible. Sperm can live inside of you for 5-7 days.

  9. nope

    edit:

its very unlikey to be ovulating with in days from ending a period, therefor a sperm that survives the few days inside you, will not come accross the egg in needs to make a baby.

if you had two periods in one month, it dosnt suprise me that this period is messed up now aswell. take a test if you want, but you didnt get pregnant from that encounter...unless your period are very short. ovulation is prior to a period, not after a period. do some research, you will find your answers.

  10. Not likely at all. Precum also contains sperm, but while you're on your period you're actually at the opposite end of your cycle - you're about 15 days (give or take) away from ovulating.

For example, if your goal WERE to get pregnant, you would usually shoot for the middle couple days between periods. If your period always starts on the 1st of the month for example, you would be ovulating most likely around the 15, 16th.

If you're still freaking out, you can always use the "morning after" pill just in case - it's available OTC now.
