Is it likely that I will pass?

Question

A drug test if I smoked a joint and a half on wednesday and I take the test this afternoon? been doing the cranberry, pickle juice and green tea thing since yesterday afternoon. I didn't smoke marijuana for many months before the other day.

Drink lots of water before you go. p**s in the toilet a bit then finish in the cup. It will usually take 3 to 4 days to pass for minimal canibas smokers.

Just to be extra safe, go to a "smoke" shop and buy some Redi Clean.  If you don't smoke a lot or frequently, then you should be fine.  But I usually get Redi Clean in that situation to ensure that I will pass.  Also drink LOTS of water.
