Is it likely that someone goes out with his/her ex-partner?

Would you ever go back out with your ex-partner if you had a chance. If so why? Does this happen a lot or extremly rare?

Happens all the time. It means the breakup wasn't total, that's all. My ex and I have been broken up for many years, and will never get back together, yet we still go out and have our fun from time to time.

Most people realize that just because you love someone, that it is possible to not be well matched in compatibility.

If two people start to argue, it is unlikely that those harsh words, that hit like a fist, will ever be forgotten.

Most people know this, and don't go back.

It is very rare that anyone tries.

surely it all depends on the situation?

if you were madly in love but one of you moved to the other side of the world and it was all very tragic then you move back i can't see why the h**l not.

if they treated you like c**p or you were bad for each other, they cheated etc then no.
