Is it likely to be a bug or food poisoning?

i have only been sick twice today and dont feel as if im going to be sick i just feel a bit tender, my partner has been the same apart from he has had both ends but only sick twice.

I have mild stomach cramps!

Its a bug for sure, if you had food poisoning you would be much sicker

There is a stomach bug going around.  Lots of people have it.  It lasts for 1 to 2 days...

I agree with poster 1. If you would have food poisoning, you would feel like h**l. You would not be able to keep anything in and would be puking all day and have bad diarrhea. Food poisoning can kill people who are weak, like very old people, just because you loose so much fluid and can't keep anything in. If you are healthy you will survive of course, but really, you would not be able to come here and post a question. ;-)

You might just have a flew or something.

Food poisoning would likely cause you to be sick more then just twice.  Its like an all day live in the bathroom kind of thing...

Sounds like a 24 hour tummy bug, drink plenty of liquids,,

The symptoms of both can be identical. Food poisoning organisms and viral enteritis both produce D+Vs.

or something you had to eat wasnt quite right and it's only givwn you a upset tumm :)
