  1. Living IN the moment is correct. It is part of Mindfulness Medition and  helps you to stay relaxed.

    in every moment, not letting the past or future or feelings they

    carry intrude. You are experiencing what life is at that time

    right then. You can find unexpected small miracles, have

    thoughts and feelings you did not expect, because you are right

    in time with the universe.

    Living For the Moment is, to me, a way of saying you are not

    going to think about the consequences of what you are doing

    right now. You're just doing it.

    I think I like the former better.
