Is it mandatory for a UGC recognised TECHNICAL DEGREE to be AICTE approved, 4 higher studies in ABROAD ?

  2. Students, their parents and the general public should refer to the web-sites of the UGC (www.ugc.ac.in), the AICTE (www.aicte.ernet.in) and the DEC (www.dec.ac.in), to verify and satisfy themselves of the list of approved courses or programs of study.

    But to study abroad, you should check with the university abroad to see if your technical degree is valid. If not, some or none of your credits may be accepted but that will not stop you from studying abroad. It may only take longer to complete your studies.
