no one knows about my eating habits or my secretly behind the bushes ,they know i take things to wash what i eat *not as i take them* they know i take things to make me pass urine as i drink water so much and stuff

but they don't know that i live cycle of eating fats and working out *GOOD ENOUGH TO BURN ANYTHING *and they don't know that i eat fats that burn fat ,and protein that burn sugar

soon

i will go to doctor *my general check for thyroid will be soon and for marriage and last time my doctor said stop dropping weight that's will be bad for you *though i wasn't thin like now

after 17 days my visit will come?

should i skip it or?what can i do ,the last thing i want is someone to tell me what to do with my food because i have lazy thyroid if i don't mind my mouth i will be so fat like a balloon and i ve been there

  1. If you're eating behind bushes and exercising good enough to burn anything I think you have a fear of gaining weight.  Obviously you KNOW you lost too much weight or you wouldn't be afraid of going to the doctor to confirm it.  You need to go to your appointment and let the doctor help you find a good balance with your thyroid condition and weight gain/loss.  A doctor trying to help you maintain an optimum weight would not be considered trying to "tell you what to do with food".  


  2. It is you and you seem to have a real problem. This hiding and secret eating, who do you think you are fooling. What you do is not natural. There is no law against as far as I know except the law of common sense. Join the real world, and begin to be happy. If you have a thyroid problem, the doctor can help you. I doubt you have the background to know what is a real treatment.So take the advice of the professionals and quit playing hide and seek with the self help routine.

  3. what are you talking about? you seem a little disorientated!!!!!! have you got an eating disorder is that what you are saying? just eat properly breakfast lunch and dinner and you will be fine, ( I think)

  6. go to your Doctor they are not here to prevent you staying thin they are trying to keep you well, the fact you don't want to go means you know your not eating right.

  7. You doctor won't want to make you fat, as that is medically unsafe, however if you are too thin then that is equally bad for you. Go to your appointment and ask to speak to a dietitian, they are specialist nurses who will be able to give you sound advice about controlling you weight along with your medical condition, without making yourself poorly.  

  8. You seem like a very mixed up person when it comes to eating.   It will eventually back fire on you if you don't straighten up.

    Your eating habits are not normal.  You seem proud of yourself for bragging at what you do to trick your body.  Things usually catch up with you after a while.  

    If you act normally; you wouldn't have to go to so much trouble trying to fool yourself.  What do your friends and family think about your unusual habits?

  9. Get some therapy for your eating disorder, it will help you in your fight to stay in control.
