  1. yes

  2. McCain has "experience" but he hasn't done anything for the vets in all of his years.

    Obama had better judgement.

    He has proved it.

McCain is on the verge of alzheimers---we can't risk having a cuckoo in office. Not good for America.

    I trust Obama's judgement.

McCain is a nutcase. He will be nothing but a puppet like Bush.

  3. I think for many that is a big part of it.  They want to be part of history and it will be a great moment in history when we finally elect a well qualified African-American President but this year is not the year and the Obama of 2008 is not the candidate..

  4. so you think that the only reason someone would support obama is because he's black? hmm.

personally i support him because his political platform matches up closest with my own and mccain has tilted too far to the right. i base my support purely on policy. that's it!

  5. Your question is tooo logical for the Obama Supporter...

You see...I'm a Dem and know this first hand...

our party gets soooo caught up in emotion...it's embarrassing...

That is why they are sooo easily manipulated....

Minorities don't realize this...but minorities are constantly treated as victims...in order to maintain control over them...and to keep them in their power base...

    sad..really

    sad

  6. Pull in to a Brain Wash ! hope that the prices are good!

  7. If you are qualified people will vote for you.  If you hopes rely on being the 1st black or 1st woman the only people voting for you are stupid.

  8. I wouldn't say all people who vote for him, but there is quite a few I know who will.

  9. I believe the democrats would support almost anybody or anything if it got them the media attention that they're getting now . The media loves this racial tension angle & would love to involve the republican voters in it. I'm sorry to say that experience isn't really on the  the minds of the over enthusiastic liberals who just want a poster image of their supposed support for the average citizen. What better way to show it than put a black man in office? This is not a race issue but an issue of good choice or bad choice. Forget all the hype. And true, this is drama at it's best .America needs to grow up & get past all this B.S  the press throws at us. We need a strong leader, not a philosopher. McCain is really the only choice compared to the undefined alternative.

  10. Ya Think? It is just like voting for that old hag because she claims she is women.

  11. i could be off a point or two, but over 90% of black people are voting for Obama..........Don't even act like they give a d**n about his record or experience.

  12. if they are they are being cheated because he is half white

  13. Oh, it's all you.  McCain's experience is in things like consistently voting against the bills dealing with veterans affairs.  For heaven's sake, the man is one himself, you would think he would know that not all veterans are married to Beer Heiresses and might need some medical help when they come back from serving their country.

  14. That, I am sure will be a part of some peoples logic,

much like if Hillary got the nomination, some people would want to be a part of "The first woman president".

It is sad, but Bush got a lot of votes for being Christian.

It remains to be seen if Obama plays on that in his campaign.

Accepting the nomination on the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s killer speech doesn't do much for running on the issues IMO

  15. Actually, race doesn't play any role in my decision to vote for Obama.

  16. Nope.  I'm a cracker, but I happen to think that Obama is the better choice.  He may not be ideal because of limited experience.  Then again, Lincoln was a lawyer and took office at one of the worst times in our history and he did okay.  Truman was a hat salesman.  Go figure.

  17. If that is what they want , then they are definitely not going to get it in this election as there is no black man running . there is one that is half/half but there is none that is 100% black , so the race issue is moot .

  18. I am voting for Obama BECAUSE of his plan and his vision.  I am also not voting for McCain because of his.  The color of their skin has nothing to do with it.
