I'm also seeing a real struggle. But his smile is really creepy like he isn't used to smiling. He is stumbling over words.

Are you watching it on CNN? They have already taken out a couple people for protesting or being obnoxious or whatever you want to call it!! When he would start to say something someone would yell something and then everyone would start yelling USA at them, so he had to keep stopping.
