Is it more important to be a good person (and/or do the right thing) or to have good things happen to you?

Why? That is, are good deeds more important than good luck? Why or why not?

  1. To be a good person.

    I believe that what goes around, comes around. A.k.a Karma.

    Whatever you give, you'll receive something more greater.

    Good deeds are more important.

    If you do good deeds, then you will have good luck.


  2. i think it goes hand in hand. Of course its not exact, but in the end you get out what you put in. That goes with everything. But i think its more important to be a good person.

    then good things will happen. it's all about karma and the energy you give off.

    being a good person positively influences yourself as well as others around you. :)

  4. I think it's important to do the right thing because, as Gandhi said: "You must be the change you want to see in the world."

  5. Good person and do the right things because it improve your personality, U are not a spectator just receiving the good things without even knowing what they really worth. And more good deeds, because when bad luck stirkes, you are not whining around and complaining, but trying to get the best out of the situation. :)

  6. If you are a good person, and do things for those in need, or less fortunate than you, I can assure you that good things will come back to you.
