In India, is the country called mumbai or bombia? My friend sez mumbai at times then he sez bobmai

  4. No. This used to be Bombay because its kind of English name so was fit for British,but not the Govt. has changed it to Mumbai, on the name of the famous temple of "Mumba devi"(mumba deity).So its Mumbai now.
