If you answer no to this question then how would you answer the next. Is it murder to kill the baby the day it is born? If you answered no to the first question and yes to the second questions how do you reconcile the two positions? In your viewpoint, what human right to life does the baby have and when does he/she get endowed with them? Why does the baby go from no rights to full human rights in the amount of time it takes to be born? For matter of argument and with no sarcasm intended, if the baby is halfway out of the birth canal would you grant it half-rights? Seriously, if your gonna be pro-choice, you have to be willing to disregard the baby's 'right to life' at some point it exists in the womb. What changes if the unborn baby is only 35 months old, or 33 months, or 30 months, or 26 months, etc...Where and why do you draw a line of when the unborn baby has the right to live?

  1. I do not believe it's murder. In some states, it is, but in some it isn't. In some trimesters it is murder, in some it isn't. It's really up to the individual I think.

I think if you can make it, it's up to you if you want to keep it.

If it isn't outside the womb, it doesn't understand, it hasn't lived. It just now has a brain, although it isn't fesible that they will remember anything, because you don't remember the womb, there bodys can now survive with out the mother, now giving them rights.

I think, it has the right to live, and the right to die, just like every human. Once it's born, it's murder only because now it's it's own person that is going to grow up to make it's own desicions and it doesn't need its particular mother to survive, any other woman can take care of it, but up until its out, there is only one mother that can take care of it, and she gets to decided its fate, she made it she can take it away.

  2. I don't agree with abortion but I think it would definately be murder at any stage of pregnancy that could result in a viable baby.  Usually that is 25 wks but babies as young as 21 weeks have managed to survive outside of the womb.  Who is to say whether that particular baby will be viable or not as medical miracles happen every day!

  3. murder or not, it is depended on the law of each country.

i had been living in thailand, and i think by their law you can not kill even a day old one cell unborn baby unless ... they got 2-3 exceptions.

but now i am living in japan, by japanese law, you can kill the unborn any time!

  4. To me if you concieve a baby, its a baby and I'd say yes its murder.. and people can live with that then I guess whatever.. But I think that they are a human being to me..

  5. Yes. It's murder to kill a baby just before it is born. It's that simple. I think abortion is wrong, however I can totally understand some people have no choice. I think it is their decision whether or not they wish to have a child, and whether they can look after it. It is unfair to the child if their parent doesn't want them or look after them.

  6. Anytime you purposefully end a human life, it's murder.

  7. no, do you ratther see a child whith no parent getting treated worser than a animals? and having never felt love, latter ending up in homes stuck whith horible step parents? and joining gang in order to fell special, and driving in the streets whith automatic wepaons and looking for inocent victim? i rathre see that brat dead before he dos any of this

  8. too long to read

  9. I say when it first comes out is is murder, but if the baby is not born it's not.

Simply because you need to draw the line somewhere, and that seems reasonable seeing as you judge your age and "life" as starting the minute you are born.

If a fetus is alive, why not count everyone as 9 months older than we do?

It's either kill a fetus, or let a child grow up in a horrible environment and have problems for the rest of their life.

  10. Yes.  PRE-MEDITATED murder!

    "Sanctity of LIFE"

  11. I am pro-choice just to let anyone know

but I do not think it's murder until after the fourth week

after the fourth week the baby's brain turns on

    before then

    cant think

    cant feel

    cant anything

depends on when you are getting the abortion in my perspective

  12. Not according to Barack Obama. Look up the Induced Infant Liability Act. Obama will blow your mind.

Now, to answer your question, look up the....

    Born Alive Act

  13. "Seriously, if your gonna be pro-choice, you have to be willing to disregard the baby's 'right to life' at some point it exists in the womb."

If you're pro-life, you have to be willing to disregard to mother's right to life at some point.  Where and why do you draw a line of when the mother has the right to live?

Some people are so pro-life that they feel an abortion should not be had, even if the mother's life is in danger.  Others feel that just because the woman will physically survive, any mental anguish that might result is mute.

    What about the mother?

My mother aborted what would have been my little sister, because keeping the pregnancy meant a 90% chance of both my mother and the baby passing away.

If my mother died, I would have been an orphan, as we didn't have much for family.  I think abortion is O.K. in some situations.  I do not think it's a solution to help save money, and I don't think it's to be used as a form of birth control.

Personally though-- I don't know many girls that would be like "hey I can totally have unprotected s*x tonight since I can always go get an abortion!"

  14. There is no time that it is acceptable to kill an unborn baby. It is a person upon conception.  One can nit pick all they want, it's still murder.  If a woman is killed by a carjacker and she is 3 weeks pregnant, the killer is tried for TWO counts of murder.  That works for me.

  15. Killing a pregnant woman, depending upon the stage of the pregnancy, can result in TWO charges of murder. Of course, if she is one month pregnant, that law won't apply.

I'm pro CHOICE.  These rambling and convoluted hypotheticals are unpersuasive.

  16. Human's get rights when they are born, that's when they are deemed to be alive. That's when you get a BIRTH certificate and a NAME.
