If you answer no to this question then how would you answer the next. Is it murder to kill the baby the day it is born? If you answered no to the first question and yes to the second questions how do you reconcile the two positions? In your viewpoint, what human right to life does the baby have and when does he/she get endowed with them? Why does the baby go from no rights to full human rights in the amount of time it takes to be born? For matter of argument and with no sarcasm intended, if the baby is halfway out of the birth canal would you grant it half-rights? Seriously, if your gonna be pro-choice, you have to be willing to disregard the baby's 'right to life' at some point it exists in the womb. What changes if the unborn baby is only 35 months old, or 33 months, or 30 months, or 26 months, etc...Where and why do you draw a line of when the unborn baby has the right to live?
