Is it my Venus in Scorpio that is attracting this VIRGO MAN in Sun, Merc, and Venus help PLEASE ?

I have met the coolest VIRGO MAN that seems to be so orderly, self discipline and loyal to the extreme. He is a police officer and I have started to like him - he calls me 5 to 6 times a day and is concerned with everything that involves me. My concern is - my sun sign is a LIBRA and his is a VIRGO which they say is NOT A GOOD MATCH,.. however the other signs in our chart is as followings

MOON ME CAPRICORN

VENUS ME SCORPIO

HIS RISING IS SCORPIO (NOT TO SURE)

AS you can see I have plenty of VIRGO in my charts and so does he matter of fact I have more Virgo and Scorpio in my charts that may over rule my sun sign LIBRA is that why we have the strong connection. My venus in SCROPIO is so strong at times it scares me...

u have not indicated  the positions of saturn.instead giving all these u could have given birthdata of both.the attraction b'tween u is deue to

;ur venus in his rising sign ,ur rising sign lord sun is with venus and ur rising sign lord-sun ,ur venus is in mars sign and his venus is in mercury sign -both mars and mercury are conjuct in ur chart,and there are many other factors..ur sun is debilitatedand his sun is aspected by malefics and is nearer to debilitation...ur sun signs as such do not lessen ur attraction .

I'd say, being a Virgo myself, also with Mercury in Virgo (exalted), that we Virgos, so analytic and rational, will instantly fall for someone that sees the world the way we do, especially in that Mercury in Virgo way of instantly making connections and grasping the workings of stuff. Everybody is a bit of a narcissist and identifying with someone else is always a powerful attractor.
