Is it my calling to be a casting director?

I feel like it is my calling to become a casting director, but i have no idea how to tell for sure, because i don't exactly know much about casting, and i don't know how i would get into the buisness when the time comes (im 15). Can anyone give me any advice on how to get into the business, or how you know when you would make a great casting director?? thank you in advance :)

The heart wants what it wants.  It is your destiny to be a casting director.  Seek it out.
