Is it my fault that i don't remember that within three days?

i am ve been doing a part time job at a sushi bar for three days within two weeks. and on the last day, the manager examined me and found that i don't remeber all of the sushi types there, so he said he will kick me out if i can't say all on the fourth day. so u think it is my fault that i don't remember all within three days? if u were me, u would also remeber? or u think he will really kick me out? thanks in advance.

If you are the waiter at the restaurant, and it is your job to interact with the customers and tell them about the different kinds of foods on the menu.  Then yes, you better get your butt in gear.

But if you are the cook, who cares if you can't name the different types, just as long as you can cook them.
