  1. I don't know about Ensenada, but I used to go to Tijuana without a passport and had no problems going back.

  2. yup, very much so suckka.

  3. Yes, anywhere out of the country. Even Mexico and Canada.

  4. The answer is no because you are traveling after January 31, 2008 but before the summer of 2008.  However, if you are flying you need one now.  Read the first link and you will have your answer to all the requirements regarding the passport issue.

You have some incorrect answers above me.  Charlie states that after the summer you will need passports.  That is not what the link says.  It says during the summer you will need them and we will be given a 60 day advance notice.

DURING, not AFTER the summer of 2008, you will need a passport.  By January 31, 2008 you will need a drivers license and a birth certificate.

Right now, if you are driving, walking, or going by cruise liner, you're not suppose to need one.  My sister will debate that though since she has had to show her passport even when traveling to Cancun.

Congress is pushing the have the law requiring passports pushed up to June 2009.  (see second link and you will have your answer to that).

  5. YES

  6. FIVE WRONG ANSWERS!  If you are DRIVING, you do not need a passport to travel to andfrom Mexicountil after summer 2008.  See website below, read the top half of the page for the Current info.  If you FLY, you must have a pssport now.

  7. yup..anywhere out of country you need passport
