  1. Yes if you want to sponsor children's visa then you need attested birth certificate of your children.

  2. Birth certificates and your Marriage certificate must be authenticated from your country and UAE Embassy in your conutry plus their Ministry of Foreign Affairs here.

  3. Dear Sunala

    No doubt at all.

The Marriage Contract/Certificate should be attested from your Home country UAE embassy and authenticated from UAE ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also it should be legally translated to Arabic, if it is a non Arabic Document (Original)

Birth Certificate also should be attested from UAE Embassy & authenticated from MOFA, UAE. But, once I took visa for my family, the birth certificate of my kid was not attested and the NRD people accepted it. (may be rare case)

This is mandatory while bringing your family here in UAE on family visa / visit visa.

There are many agencies here in UAE, those doing these jobs, like Guidance Bureau, Index, Urogulf etc...

    Best of Luck

    Thx
