Hi,

I'm planning to spend about a week in Italy at the end of September, mainly in Florence but also a few days in Rome and in Venice. Should it be possible to find accommodation in two or three star hotels without making a reservation in advance?

Thanks,

Amni

  1. Shouldn't be a problem..if you're flexible and prepared to try a few ones before finding a room that you like.

  2. It's still high season, but Rome has a wide range of hotels, so it shouldn't be that hard.

Try the alternative of a flat, it's cosier and cheaper.

I'll give you one of the many web sites.

  3. No it shouldn't be a problem at all if it was in August when it would be.
