u have to know a CA unfortunately for articleship

certain rules of ICAI are not genuine

just u have to follow the rules whether u like it or not whether they are genuine or not

It is advisable, prudent and practical to know more and more about the profession, professionals involved and professional practices - and CA is not an exception. In the beginning, if you don't know, doesn't matter. But once you start getting involved, it would be good for you to know.

Regarding the level of firm where one does article-ship be analysed, well, with your own performance and results in CA, you can definitely outshine even the best of the firms!!! (in due course).
