Question:

Is it necessary to make an appointment for eyebrow waxing?

I've never waxed my eyebrows before and I plan on doing it before school starts in 2 weeks. The place I want to go to get my eyebrows waxed says to call and make an appointment, I'm not sure if that's for haircuts and facials only. I don't really feel like calling to make an appointment if I'm not even sure if I can get them waxed. Plus, if I do get them waxed, would waxing them 2 days before school starts a bad thing? Should I get them done earlier in case bumps are going to appear in that area?

  1. You should still make an appointment.

because sometimes if you dont, theyre wayy to full and you cant get your waxing/hair/nails or whatever done so you have to come in later

its better if you make an appt.

theyre for whatever the place offers, so yeahh.

don't get them 2 days before

because depending on your skin, if its sensitive, chances are it'll still be a bit red and you dont want that on the first day

since you want to make an impression

about a week before is goood.

  2. Yes, go call and make an appointment anyway; you don't have to wait as long and the worst thing that could happen is they'll tell you to just walk in and you'll just say "Oh, okay, thank you."

And YES, get them waxed early because it might be a little red/bumpy or there might be a light patch of skin because the sun doesn't reach the patch of skin your eyebrows cover.

(ps: if it's red, be sure to put a aloe vera lotion/gel to sooth it and it'll go away faster)

  3. yea if u want. but if u have time then u could just do a walk in

  4. Of course, unless you think they are all waiting to work on just you in the salon.
