Is it necessary to obtain a no objection from Russia ?

for signing missile shield deal by the U.S. with Poland which they say purely against Iran.

  1. no but there is if they want to. Like before you can remember way back in 1962 Russia tried to set up a missle base in Cuba our then President John F. Kennedy refused to allow it. And then came a U. S. A. naval blockade in the open seas to stop any Russian ships trying to deliver them to Cuba. And an all out military alert and standby was ordered in preparation for war if necessary to prevent them from building them. Russia backed down. In present times as we are,  Russians do what they want because they are a big and powerful military continent. They don't want our missles anywhere near thier borders but probably for the sake of peace with the rest of the world will only object through the voice of the Kremlin itself but not much more than that.
