  1. only if yoy dont know about gravity yet!!

  2. h**l no... You don't need any schooling to become a pilot

  3. No, but you do have to learn some science in the process of becoming a pilot, specifically in the disciplines of geography, physiology, meteorology and aerodynamics. The higher level pilot you become, the more you will need to learn. Nothing hugely complex, just basic concepts that all pilots are required to know. It's not hard, like you may have experienced when taking physics, chemistry, or biology in school.

  4. In the school, math and science are basic subjects, it is really good if you have the science knowledge.

morvever, i think the selection is quite strict , it depend on their requirement.

I encourage you to take science to have more advantage for those never study science.

  5. Alot of people used to think so. However it is not really necessary to overload yourself on things that you will not really use on a daily basis.

A basic understanding of physics would be helpful in understanding aerodynamics involved in flying....but even that is a far shot.

I took the minimum that required me to graduate...And I have since become very successful in my career...

But, it's all on what you plan to do...Use your best judgement on what is right for you...

  6. The only class specifically required to become a pilot is some sort of private pilot ground school (home study courses are available).  This will give you the MINIMUM of what you need to know.

That being said, if you have a good background of Physics you'll be able to understand topics such as aerodynamics a whole lot easier.

If you're planning on flying for fun a couple times a month I wouldn't go out of my way to take any science classes.  If you're planning on flying professionally (or if you're currently in high school or college) I would definitely take all the physics classes I could.
