  2. ecnr stamp is now history. It is no longer required w.e.f. oct 01,2007.

  3. In the time of go to foreign country we need emigration clearance.Immigration check not required stamp is not needed.But your time is waste for the emigration Clarence in the time of your foreign tour.so if u qualified for the ICNR stamp u take it early.That is save of your time and tension.

  4. no nowadays ecnr stamp is not made in passports expeciall new ones i am from travel background so u can depend on me
