Is it nessessary to list my items only on ebay.co.uk if i want to sell only in UK?

my location is the USA but i want to sell only in the UK. Is there someone who knows how will that matter if i post in ebay.co.uk?

I used to live in the UK but now I live in Australia. Why would you differentiate against me coz I live in Australia and not England?

and yes just set the sell to country and it will only be visible to people signed in to ebay.co.uk
