there is nothing wrong with speaking to yourself in order to extend your vocabulary. A number of people both prominent and otherwise have done this method in order to improve their english. Another method you can use with that one is to take a public speaking class at your school ( depending on wat grade or level of education you are in) in order to recieve the same results.
