cuz sometimes i still get a little jumpy at scary pictures and like..i cant sleep at night etc...i still sometimes think that if i think about "bad things" too much, like ghosts and bad bad things, then they will COME FOR ME?!is it normal for a girl my age to still dwell on these thoughts sometimes?how can i break out of it? can someone put some sensible words into my head so i wont need to be messed around like this anymore?because i really dont like always thinkin that there is something behind me or something watching me v_vthank you everyone
