Is it normal for a 27 and 30 years old men stay hours on the phone or text a 12 & 14 years old girls everyday?

i have 3 girls age 12 14 14 & 2 step son age 27, 30 that didn't talk to my husb for 20 years.A 2 months ago they start to call my husb again ,ok,but they also start to call my daughters every day and stay for hours on the phone or text messaging I don't think it is ok but my husband say that i am worring to much .i told him they are men and he didn't saw or talk to them all this time so he doesn't know what happen to them.and what a 27 and 30 years old have in common with 12 and 14 .I saw one of the messages he send to my 12 y old and said don't tell your mom,I argue with my husaband all the time about this but he doesn't do anything and say I am dirty mind,and think bad about his son ,but I don't think he knows them after all those years.

Your girls need something else to do.  Tell them that you are limiting their phone calls for a while.  They are not to talk to anyone except their immediate family (you or grandparents) or friends their age.  Check the phone records.  If they disobey, take the phones away.

These men are too old to be talking to these little girls.  They should be talking to women their age.  This could cause serious trouble for your girls.

Your husband is obviously NOT wanting to be a parent to his two sons.  No one over the age of 17 is going to consider talking with girls that young...unless they are looking to ruin their purity!  You need to stand up for your daughters...they are not going to like it, but oh well, you're the parent!  You need to protect them from what they don't understand or are mature enough to see the sickness in this behavior.  Not only what they are doing is wrong, if it's sexual in any way then it's illegal!  Protect your babies, please!

What are they talking about? Are they talking about your husband? If they aren't and the step sons don't want the girls to tell you what they are talking about, then that is a red flag to me.

You need to get those men away from your daughters.  No 27 or 30 year old man would text a kid (which is what they are) without bad intentions, at least that's what I think.  If it doesn't look right and feel right then it's not.  Trust your motherly instincts.

Depends on what it is that is being texted. Shouldn't you have more control over your daughters? Say no to your daughters instead.

No its not normal...you could have a problem growing here.

A few messages a day when something important has happened is great (good job at school or great winning goal) but when its just TALK...that's not right.

It could be the girls are star struck with the older guys even talking to them...and like wise for the guys especially if the girls are cute. If could be a little self confidence boost for the older guys if they aren't involved with women right now. Still it is a little to much...they aren't their parents and they should not be giving them any advice that you don't approve of...

NO way would I let someone talk to my daughters with that big of an age gap. I mean a few minutes would send a totally different message than a few hours. I think it is weird and that is why I think 12 and 14 year old are to young to have cell phones.

You have the right and responsability to protect your children.  12 and 14 years old are kids, 27 and 30 are MEN.

You need to draw the line. Next time they text, YOU answer back with a threat to get the police involved....and then do it.

If you don't defend your daughters and something happens, you'll nevr forgive yourself and your daughters won't forgive you either.
