Is it normal for a cell phone not to succeed in sending or receiving a text every so often???

i have unlimited texting and it seems to happen usually with just one person, so it might be their service or phone,0

well i have verizon and i have problems with that.

i have had that problem with both of my phones.

but i dont think its normal. you might want to take it in to the service provider and talk to them about it.

yea it's normal it happens to me also

Mine does that every once in a while (a few times a year) but it happens with different people.
