unless your family is a nudist one, you might just find being in a locker room full of naked guys slightly erotic and hence the erection. you don't have to be g*y to get an erection there, it could simply be that you feel wierd being exposed. kinda like going commando/freeballing for the first time after also wearing undies. its totally normal.

We can't really control our erections and public or group nudity can make this even more common.  This is especially true when we're young and curious.  Don't worry about it, it's normal.  It sounds like you're handling it discreetly and that's best.
