Is it normal for a guy to like the twilight series by Stephenie Meyer?

Ive started reading twilight and i actually like it!!

My friends went on about it and got me to read it and i kinda like it?

Now People call me a freak for it?

Or they call me g*y. WHICH IM NOT!

Am i the only male fan?

hey i read twilight it was good yeah there is nothing to be ashamed of man its just a book.I'm not g*y either so dude its ok.the only bad thing about it was that bella was SO annoying she ruined the book it was like she was too in love with that guy she always like edward no don't leave me or this godlike creature I'm like shut up i get it u like him but she just pisses me off

Quite a lot of people know it in England.

Those people are idiots. People can like a book for many different reasons. It's like men who like Duran Duran- the music is great, it doesn't have anything to do with their sexuality.

'Fraid I don't know the twilight series, but if you like it then feel free to read it! Do you really care what other people think? If it really worries you, then don't tell them in future!

I'm an ordinary, non-aggressive woman of mature years, yet my choice of books is more 'male' than 'female' orientated. Wilbur Smith, for example, is an old favourite. And most stuff with lurking serial-killers and body parts.

Much meatier than soppy romances and chick-lit - I like it, and I read it. And who the heck cares what my friends think?

No. I am a guy and I have finished the series already. I really liked them. You just need to tell those who call you g*y, that they are a douchbag and that they dont have anything to do other than bag on you about a BOOK!  wow. they must not have anything better to do! haha. keep reading them. they get even better. even though there is mostly romance in them, they definitely pack a punch of action in there every now and then.

Glad to see more guys starting to like them!  haha  :)

there is no s*x boundries when it comes to twilight.. its  really great book.. some guys are too, idk .. kinda stupid about that whole only for girls thing.. im happy the guys are into the books too.. =)

right, the twilight series is ABSOLOUTLY AMAZING.

so it doesn't make you g*y, it just means you have good sense bookwise. (:

your friends are always gonna tease you babe whatever you're doing, it's what they're for.

however my friends would never diss twilight, they know i'd probably pin them to the ground and beat the **** out of them. (a)

I read whatever book I want, and I could'nt give a flying f___ what anybody else thinks, my mates don't take the mick, because they have more common sense then that, and if you ask me it's abit childish...isn't it. I personnally like fantasy romance novels.
