My kitten is about 6 months old. I found her on the street. She was pregnant but had an infect uterus (all the kittens were dead). She has become very territorial. She is very needy. She's a very sweet kitty. The other kittens I've been around have been playful. I'm just wondering about her behavior, if it's normal. She is still on antibiotics. It's been a week since the spay surgery.

  1. She could just be her hormones that are left in her following the spay. She is territorial and that would play a huge role in whether she will permit other cats near her. Give her a while to get used to you.

  2. This cat is not feeling well. Isolate her from the other cats for a couple weeks until she is feeling better then slowly reintroduce her to the others. She's only acting this way because she doesn't feel well, don't punish her, give her some extra love and attention.

  3. i don't know my cats attacks cats dogs and humans

  4. shes attacking because she is a sick, wounded animal right now.  And a sick or wounded animal will almost always attack and fight for it's life.

Keep cats away till she heals up totally, then SLOWLY introduce them thru separate rooms and then thru a see thru door or child gate or somethig.   Trust me, itll work

(Adopted a homeless street feral cat who had liver problems.. he fought our 2 other cats until he was all healed up.. now they all get along well!)
