Is it normal for a kitten to growl at random objects?

Two weeks ago we got a 4 month old male kitten. At first he was really sweet, but now he's running around growling at weird things. He keeps picking up any type of plastic bag he can find and running with it in his mouth growling. He's done this with kitten toys with bells as well. Any ideas?

He's just playing. He is young, and finds anything as a toy. Just be VERY careful with plastic bags. Don't leave them lying around. Your kitten can take a piece and swallow it, The plastic can get stuck in his lungs and suffocate him.

This is normal playful behavior.  You should get him nuetered soon to keep him from getting too agressive.  Play with him a lot too.
