Yes, it's normal. A child is innocent and doesn't read into these things like adults do. If it bothers you then steer him toward other games when he's with his friends.

a dr. is normal depends on age and same s*x dr. play is normal again  depends on age alot of things are normal out of bein curious is it cool no i dont think so but sometimes its part of growin up..and growin up aint narmal now a days this world  is a sick one ....

Depends on the age.  If it is before 11 or so then I would say its fine.  Other than that probably not.

Doctor is totally normal, i baby sit 5 kids (all 5 and under) and the little boys love doctor. This is good that they enjoy this because if they stay with it that may be what they become. Wouldn't you love that Maui beachhouse your son bought you? Haha. Anyway the kissing games are not normal, try to steer him towards others games if it bothers you. Or in the middle of it suggest a snack, a trip to the park or anything to get their minds off of it. Eventually they will get bored of it. Hope this helps!
