  1. normal if it is where you got the ball hit at you

  2. I play volleyball, and at the begining of the season my arms where all red from where I hit the ball. Once you play for a while, and if you hit the ball with your arms at the right place the red spots will go away. Hope this helps!!

  3. I'm a volleyball player, too, it's normal. But it sometimes means the ball has too much or too little air in it. Check and see. If they hurt and/or swollen, put ice on them.

  4. well we need a little more info. it is probably because you are not used to playing volleyball so when the you pass a ball you are not fully adjusted to it. i wouldnt worry about it though. as you keep playing your arms will toughen up and soon you wont get red spots. have fun and keep playing volleyball!!!

  5. yes. I've been playing for the past 5 years and if you hit the ball in the right spot hard enough a few times red spot occur. it might also hurt. oh yeah calluses are sometimes occur if you play hard enough. but don't worry it all goes away after about an hour or so.

  6. Like where the ball has been hitting them, or just spots all over the place?  If it's where the ball has been slamming into your arms, then yes it's normal.  If you have spots all over then you should go to Oklahoma and drink some well water from Buck Marshalls pump.  Or see a doctor.

  7. if its where the ball has been hitting ur arms then its normal but if not try putting ice on ur arms or go see ur doc

  8. If you only played volleyball a couple of times yeah it will hurt if you've been doing a lot of underhand passing. Don't worry it won't hurt after a while.

  9. No there shouldn't be red spots that hurt. That means that you  have hit the ball wrong.

  11. those are called welts

  12. You don't say where the red spots are. However if it is on your forearms from digging then yes. The ball is hitting you there and it will turn red and sometimes hurt. If it any consellation you get used to it if you put your mind to it.

  13. yes, the better you are..the redder the the spots,  its part of the game

  14. If it's where you usually pass or serve the ball its normal from the ball hitting it.  If not I don't know, sory!
