Yes. For girls, they either grow their b***s first or get hair down there. So it's okay to get hair down there.  It varies for guys too.

ya don't worry kid. i got all mine when i was 10. i had full blown hair everywhere by the age of 13. some are faster and some are slower than others. i have friends who are just now getting hair, and they are 14.

For some people, it does start earlier than others.

For others, it can start on time, or really late

You shouldn't have to worry about this, eventually your peers will start developing like this too!

In today's day and age it is normal. Puberty is occurring earlier and earlier because of the amount growth hormones present in the milk we drink and the meats we eat. Years ago they didn't put hormones in these things, but now they do. People who eat and drink organic or "hormone free" products are the ones who develop normally. Those who consume the common brands may experience early puberty.
