  1. it a stimulant and your stressed about getting sprung by your parents (which you will by the way we are evil demon possed people us parents and know all )besides that you will stink as it comes out your pores in your sweat. best bet is to brab a packet of wini red or white ox and go for it non stop till you puke and feel like crud then you wont try again as a long time smoker it just not worth it let your maes do it if they want you can laugh at them i a few years when all they talk about is trying to quit and then you will have real respect from them for being stronger than them in the first place.

  2. I think you might be nervous/anxious thinking about it - if it was 2 hours ago it's not physically affecting you anymore.  But please take this advice from me, don't smoke again cause if I could go back and never have started smoking it would be the easiest way to quit.  Please don't get started!  It's impossible to quit!

  3. I love how you said you enjoy it.

    You probably know this, BUT

    You can get CANCER.

There's Arsenic in there, that's poison!

Lighter fluid, insecticide, barbecue lighter, rocket fuel, gas chamber poison, candle wax, acids, rat poison.

Wooow, to me, that sounds disgusting, who would want to inhale toilet bowl cleaner, which is also in there.Yuck!

But whatever floats your boat. And if the red sea floats yours, you're on the right track.

  4. yes its normal, but please take some good advice.  Don't do it again.  I smoked for the first time when I was 18 and ten years later am still smoking.  If you have to use nicotine, dip or something.  It isn't safer in many ways, but it won't give you emphysema.  I already have breathing problems and an inhaler that I didn't have before and asthma presumably from smoking.  I knew there would be consequences but didn't think it would be so soon.

  5. Maybe you got excited thinking about how cool you are going to look now, with that cigarette hanging out of your mouth, clothes smelling like smoke (but in a cool way) all the time.  And down the road, well, nothing cooler than having to carry around an oxygen tank.

  6. yeah that happened to me. but not that bad. you enjoyed it even though it hurt + heart Palpitations, ???

  7. When you took in the first puff the smoke, nicotine and other toxins in it went straight to your lungs and then to your heart through blood.

Lungs have the function of purifying the blood by extracting carbon dioxide from it and stuffing it with oxygen. Then this oxygen rich blood is pumped by the heart to all parts of the body.

Now, when you smoke the purifying process in the lungs is weakened as you are not breathing in oxygen but a mixture of deadly nicotine and gases from the cigarette. The lungs infuse the blood with these toxins and then they are pumped to body parts by the heart.

As the blood now has less oxygen the heart pumps more rapidly to get the required oxygen to the body parts. This increases the heart rate.

But, the body still is getting less oxygen. The brain gets it less, the muscles get it less, your all organs get it less. As a result a general reduction in smooth functioning of all vital body parts occurs.

The more you smoke the less oxygen your body will receive. You can imagine the outcome.

One fact: Intoxication, by alcohol or by drug, is actually an effect of less oxygen going to the brain.

  8. The first time i smoked i had chest pain but it went away...maybe your nervous or scared!!!

  9. it's normal, but you should be checked if it continues! By the way cigarette smoking isn't the smartest thing to do anyway!
