Is it normal for bed bugs to appear after a grease fire in the kitchen?

I had a really bad grease fire a couple hours ago. there was no structural damage or anything but it was more severe than mild that's for sure. the fire department came and everything. anyway I'm all alone and have like first degree burns on my arm and i keep seeing all these bugs that look like bed bugs. Its freaking me out. i hate bugs. is this normal to happen after a fire. no i don't think im imagining it

  1. It is very normal to see bed bugs appear... they fleeing the fire.

    You can read reports about bed bugs actually "raining" from the ceilings after some big apartment house fires.

    Since bed bugs hide not only in beds but every corner and crevice of the infested home, bug sprays and bug bombs wont work, you need to call in a professional to exterminate them.

    Lucky you escaped the fire without major injuries, hope you will have  good luck  getting rid of these awful pests also.


  2. Go to the store by a box of bug bombs, set them off

    wait 4 hours and then open the windows and vacuum

    everything that doesn't move. Dump your vacuum outside

    and then vacuum somemore.
