Is it normal for eyebrow to be hard after an eyebrow piercing?

i just got one and its hard around the piercing and is red is this normal or is it infected ... if so what do i have to do to clean it correctly... .. if infected what do i have to do so it will go away

Yes, its probably just hard swelling. To clean it correctly soak it 2-3 times a day for 5-15 minutes in a sea salt solution. You can buy it from websites or Hot Topic, its called H2Ocean. Or, you can make it.(1/8-1/4 tsp non iodized sea salt dissolved in 8 oz distilled or bottled water)
