Is it normal for fathers to rent out rooms to drug addicts and pedophiles?

Is it normal for fathers to rent out rooms in their home to drug addicts who cook meth and smoke pot in their bedrooms and to people who have child p**n downloaded on their computer while two young children (ages 7 and 10) are living in the house? Is it normal after a drug bust for the father to claim absolutely no responsibility, and refuse to apologize to the children?

In Texas that would get the father five years minimum and possibly put on a s*x offender list with activity restrictions.

He should have his children removed from him. It's called "Endangerment of a child" and it's against the law. CPS should be involved. It's not normal, a normal loving father would never put his children in such an enviorment.

if this is currently going on..then the police should be contacted and reports made and to allow the police to investigate

I have never heard that this is a normal practice for fathers. Apparently there is some kind of personal experience here that you're eluding to?
