My dog just had puppies 3 wks ago. The puppies are walking, barking, growling, playing with each other. But mom started playing with them recently and when she does she nips at them but she also bites their heads. It doesn't look like she's biting them hard but I just get nervous because the puppies are still little. Is this normal between mom and babies?
