Is it normal for him to do this?

is it normal for my 4 week old kitten to nibble and l**k on my finger ? should i not let him do this ?

it is perfectly normal. a lot of puppies do it too. when it gets a little older and it does it, try to make him stop and grow out of it.

its just hungry or thinking its milk or sumthing in the finger so it trys to get it but its fine so don't  worry about it it wll grow out of it after a few weeks:)

He is doing this because he thinks your finger is like a nipple and trying to get milk from it.

This is an indication that he's hungry, so make sure the kitten is getting fed about every 4 hrs.  Four is the recommended number of hours to feed a kitten until it's about 8 weeks, and then you can switch to a few times a day in a bowl.

Wow...funny  you asked that...i just rescued 6 kittens...all 4 weeks old so i can help...so your kitten is nibbling on your finger...well there are many things it could be...like it is still a baby and wants milk...or...it thinks your finger is a nibble(like tat gives milk)...or...it could just want to play.. you could try to bye kitten replacement milk and mix it with her food.. thats what we do....(only if you don't have the mother) so its ok for him to do so....but if you have been working with something dangers to cats wash hands first...
