If you pee right after you m********e for a long time, it may hurt a little.  Or if you pee right after you c*m, it may also hurt a little.  The p***s has 2 functions, and can't operate both at the same time.  It's like pushing the "Pepsi" and "Diet Pepsi" selections on the fountain machine at the same time (probably not a real good example).  Nothing to worry about in my opinion.
