  1. DOCTOR VISIT!!!

  2. Your body loses minerals and fluids during this time.  You would probably benefit from a supplemental vitamin with Iron and calcium/vitamin D ingredients.

Stay well hydrated, rest if you feel tired, and keep taking your meds.

At your age, hormones can fluctuate wildly and that can be a major mood changer.  You are no different than any other young woman your age.  This may well settle down as you get a bit older and your body stabilizes into a monthly routine.

  3. From my own experience in dealing with panic, anxiety and meds... all bodily functions are obessed about and over-thought.  Be gentle with yourself and PLEASE above all else, trust that your body does REALLY STRANGE and outrageous things while dealing with anxiety.  Light-headedness is normal.

  4. Since youre losing blood youre losing iron so that could be the source.
