  1. I agree with the two answers you have.  My son had a gap between his two teeth and they still are gapped but not as much as they once were.  He will be four in November.

  2. I asked this same question to my dentist when I went for a cleaning.  He said it was expected.  As her other teeth come in, they may begin to push together and touch.  My dentist said that when they touch, they need to be flossed between them.  I already started to brush my daughter's teeth occasionally to get her used to the process, and I wipe them off after every bottle so the milk sugar doesn't sit there overnight.  (she's one year old today - happy birthday Sylvia!)

  3. Yes.  A baby's first teeth may come in crooked, with a gap, etc and it means nothing of how his or her adult teeth will come in.  Totally normal.

  4. Normal - and highly desirable. Her adult teeth will be much bigger when they come in, so the more space there is between her baby teeth the more likely it is that her adult teeth will come in straight.

  5. my sons teeth have gaps all over the place he is now two with a beautiful gappy smile lol

  6. Yep...it's actaully good. Adult teeth are obviously bigger than baby teeth so this gap allows room for both adult teeth to fit when they come along  years down the track
