  1. My sister is 5 and she just lost her 2nd tooth yesterday.  But she turns 6 in November.

I'm assuming that is normal, I'm 14 and I still have 3 baby teeth :P  But I have braces so they won't fall off until they take my braces off.

  2. Yes..My now 8 year old actually lost her teeth at 3 and a half.

  3. There were a lot of children in my son's kindergarten class that had lost two or more teeth - seems perfectly normal to me.

  4. kids lose their teeth at different rates, so it's totally normal. if you're not convinced, talk to your dentist.

  5. It's a little earlier than usual, but certainly not impossible.  Just as babies get their teeth at different times, young kids will lose their teeth at different times :)

  6. At 5 years she is no longer a baby.  And yes it is very normal for a child to lose their baby teeth.

  7. Yes.  I lost both of my two front teeth when I was 5. most of them were already lost by 8. :)

  8. yes my teeth started to fall our at 5 and even weirder my cousin was born with a tooth and it was the last of her baby teeth to fall out!! every child is different, its good that the tooth has already started to come up or her mouth will look so empty!! i think its so cute and funny when their all gummy at the front!! dont worry its normal!

  9. I think generally the earlier the baby teeth come in, the earlier they will lose them.  It is all determined genetically.  I had teeth at 4 months and started losing them in preschool.  My 4 1/2 month old son just got his first 2 in!
