Is it normal for my eyes to turn all red and my contacts to stick to my eyes after only sleeping for 15min?

i fell asleep for 15 min in my contacts and when i woke up my eyes hurtand they were all red. btw im wearing acuvue 2 soft lens.

yes. i think so. anyways don't make a habit out of sleeping with them in. it's not safe

Some people can stand the pain and to others pain doesn't even occur.  When I take a nap with my contacts in, I wake up and everything is fine.  Next time, just take them out and rinse them in the solution.  That should clear the pain when you put them back in.

That is normal, but it's not a healthy habit to get into. When  you fall asleep, your eyes cannot get oxygen and they dry out from lack of tearing. They should loosed up a few minutes after you wake up.

My contacts stick to my eyes when I take naps too.  If they hurt too bad you should prolly take them out but usually if I wait awhile or put in eyedrops it goes away.  Just don't ever sleep in your contacts all night!! Not good at all lol I know from experience it pretty much sucks.
